Shipping Policy

We want to make sure you get your vintage treasures as quickly and safely as possible! Here's what you need to know about our shipping policies: Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack your items. We will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping within the US, with delivery time typically taking 3-5 business days. If you need your items faster, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages: We take great care in packaging your items, but accidents can happen. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us right away so we can assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Disco Dolly, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer service possible. Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, we have a policy of no refunds. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary.

 

Here are the exceptions to our policy:

  • Item not as described: If you receive an item that is significantly different from what was described or pictured on our website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a return or exchange.

  • Damaged item: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ask for photos of the damage and work with you to find a solution, which may include a return or exchange.

  • Sizing issues: We provide detailed measurements for each item to help ensure a proper fit. If you receive an item that doesn't fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include an exchange for a different size.

 

​In all cases, the item must be returned in its original condition and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria. We appreciate your understanding of our no refund policy, and we are here to help you with any concerns or issues you may have with your purchase.
